BEAT pop-up park comes to Antrim town centre

Have your say

The BEAT Pop-Up Park has arrived in Antrim Town Centre with lots of fun activities to enjoy for free.

All the fun takes place between 7pm-10pm on Friday and Saturdays throughout August at Ulster Bar Corner on the junction of Railway Street and High Street.

With different activities each evening suitable for age 11 and over, everyone is welcome, so if you are in the area call down and show off your skills. The activities include climbing wall, archery, urban sports, Cool FM, circus skills, Segway’s, inflatable assault course, cage football and much more.

Chairman of Antrim Policing and Community Safety Partnership, Cllr. Noel Maguire said: “This is a fun project aimed at giving young people some positive activities to take part in during the summer evenings. I would encourage everyone to come along and take part in the activities on offer or even just call down and see what’s happening.

The BEAT Pop-Up Park has been led by Antrim Policing and Community Safety Partnership with funding from the Department of Justice ‘Assets Recovery Community Scheme’.
