Police investigate criminal damage

Police in Antrim are appealing for information after a report of criminal damage at residential premises in the Rathmore Gardens area.

It was reported to police on Thursday, July 24, it was reported that slogans were painted close to a house and a fence in the area. Enquiries are continuing, but at this stage police are treating the incident as a sectarian hate crime.

Anyone who noticed any suspicious activity, or anyone who has information, is asked to contact police in Antrim on the non-emergency number 101. Alternatively, information about crime can be passed to the Crimestoppers charity anonymously on 0800 555 111
