RICS President commends surveyor

Alex Bell from Toomebridge, a newly qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the leading qualification when it comes to professional qualifications in land, property, construction and the associated environmental issues, is pictured receiving his RICS diploma from Michael Newey, the global President of the organisation.

Mr Newey, who was on a two day visit to Northern Ireland, presented diplomas to recently qualified RICS members, at a ceremony in The Crumlin Road Gaol in Belfast.

RICS is an international professional body. It represents everything professional and ethical in land, property and construction.

RICS regulates and promote the profession; maintains the highest educational and professional standards; protects clients and consumers via a strict code of ethics; and provides impartial advice, analysis and guidance.
